Shipping & Delivery
This page forms the Shipping and Delivery details and in accordance with which we supply Products (each a “Product”) listed on our website www.vono.com.sg (our “Website”) to you. Please take some time to read these terms before ordering any Products from our Website. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Vono purchases are shipped to customers for free.
1.2 The delivery is made by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.
1.3 Please note that we currently only deliver within Singapore
1.4 We aim to deliver our Product to your delivery address when the products is in stock within 14 working days.
1.5 We shall notify you in case there is late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

1.7 If you wish to change your order delivery date, kindly inform Vono Customer Service Team at (+65) 6425 2850 or enquiry.sg@hildinganders.com. Change of delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our delivery team. Delivery team will contact customers after their purchase to arrange the delivery. Vono may charge additional delivery fees for any last-minute change of delivery date and time.
